  • How many sessions will I need for treatment to be effective?

    The number of therapy sessions needed varies based on individual goals, life challenges, and personal circumstances. Generally, therapeutic effectiveness is often achieved within 12 to 20 sessions.

  • How frequently should I attend sessions?

    There isn't a fixed schedule for how often individuals should attend sessions. Typically, people start with weekly or bi-weekly visits. Your therapist will work closely with you to establish the right frequency for your treatment plan.

  • Do you direct bill to insurance companies?

    At this time, we are not able to provide direct billing to insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a receipt that includes your therapist’s name and licensing number, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Can a Registered Counselling Therapists (RCT) provide a mental health diagnosis?

    As RCTs, we want to clarify that we cannot provide the following services: formal diagnoses, complete psychological assessments, or prescriptions for medication. Additionally, we are unable to offer occupational assessments or documentation to support occupational absences, as well as recommendations for workplace accommodations such as reduced workloads, reduced hours, or return-to-work plans.
