Emma McQuade, RCT-C (She/They)

Hi, I'm Emma, a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate (RCT-C). Life can bring unique challenges, and it's okay to seek support as you navigate them. My goal is to help you explore and overcome the hurdles that prevent you from living a truly fulfilling life.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, low self-esteem, and relational difficulties. My approach is all about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely seen and heard.

As an authentic and approachable therapist, I believe in empowering you to recognize your inherent strengths and develop effective coping strategies. While I offer compassionate support, I'll also gently challenge the thought patterns that might be holding you back. Together, we'll work towards building resilience, improving your relationships, and fostering a stronger, more confident sense of self.
